近日，苏州爱得科技发展股份有限公司（以下简称“爱得科技”）陆续接到企业和个人举报，有部分公司及个人未经我司许可，擅自使用爱得科技的产品图片及企业地址进行宣传，同时开展与爱得科技相同或类似的业务，使他人误认为产品或服务与爱得科技有关或存在特定联系，借爱得科技的品牌和行业知名度，混淆视听，给爱得科技造成极大损失，损害了公平竞争的市场秩序，违背了公认的商业道德，违反了诚实信用原则，侵害企业名称权和注册商标权，同时构成不正当竞争，严重损害了爱得科技的合法权益。

为维护爱得科技的良好声誉，避免广大企业和个人的利益受到损失，爱得科技在此郑重声明：

1. 正告各侵权公司或个人，请立即停止侵权行为，否则我司将采取一切可能之法律手段维护我中心权益。

2.提醒广大企业及个人，爱得科技未授权任何公司代理本公司产品。本公司注册地址有且只有爱得科技一家公司，如遇到有人展示与爱得科技产品相似的宣传图片、视频及宣传彩页，您可以要求对方出示爱得科技授权书，并与爱得科技联系确认其身份和信息真实性。如不能出示上述证明的，其行为均与中爱得科技无关。
2. Remind the enterprises and individuals that AND TECH has not authorised any company to represent our products. The registered address of our company has and only one company, if you meet someone who displays similar promotional pictures, videos and promotional pages with AND TECH products, you can ask the other party to show AND TECH authorisation and contact AND TECH to confirm their identity and authenticity of the information. If you are unable to produce the above proofs, their behaviours have nothing to do with AND TECH.
3.我司保留对以上组织及其人员，以及任何盗用假冒、盗用爱得科技名义的侵权行为进一步追究法律责任的权利。
