近日，苏州爱得科技发展股份有限公司（以下简称“爱得科技”）陆续接到企业和个人举报，有部分公司及个人未经我司许可，擅自使用爱得科技的产品图片及企业地址进行宣传，同时开展与爱得科技相同或类似的业务，使他人误认为产品或服务与爱得科技有关或存在特定联系，借爱得科技的品牌和行业知名度，混淆视听，给爱得科技造成极大损失，损害了公平竞争的市场秩序，违背了公认的商业道德，违反了诚实信用原则，侵害企业名称权和注册商标权，同时构成不正当竞争，严重损害了爱得科技的合法权益。
为维护爱得科技的良好声誉，避免广大企业和个人的利益受到损失，爱得科技在此郑重声明：
1. 正告各侵权公司或个人，请立即停止侵权行为，否则我司将采取一切可能之法律手段维护我中心权益。
2.提醒广大企业及个人，爱得科技外贸部无分部且注册地址有且仅有一处，如遇到有人代表爱得科技展示与爱得科技产品相似的宣传图片、视频及宣传彩页，您可以要求对方出示爱得科技授权书，并与爱得科技联系确认其身份和信息真实性。如不能出示上述证明的，其行为均与中爱得科技无关。
3.我司保留对以上组织及其人员，以及任何盗用假冒、盗用爱得科技名义的侵权行为进一步追究法律责任的权利。

Warning Declaration
Recently, Suzhou AND Science &Technology Development Corp. (hereinafter referred to as ‘AND TECH’) has received reports from enterprises or individuals that some companies and individuals have used AND TECH's product images, company addresses, AND TECH brand and its industry popularity for publicity without our permission, at the same time carring out same or similar business with AND TECH to confuse the public, which cause customers to mistakenly believe that the products or services are related to or have a specific connection with AND TECH. This immoral behavior has caused great losses to AND TECH, damaging the fair competition in the market, violating the recognised business ethics, violating the principle of honesty and credit, infringing on the right of enterprise name and registered trademark, and constituting unfair competition.
In order to maintain the good reputation of AND TECH and to avoid the loss of the interests of enterprises and individuals, AND TECH hereby solemnly declares:
1. To inform the infringing companies or individuals, please stop the infringement immediately, otherwise we will take all possible legal means to protect the rights and interests of our company.
2. Remind the enterprises and individuals that Foreign Trade Dept.of AND TECH has no branch and the registered address has only one place. If you meet anyone who represents AND TECH and displays similar pictures, videos or brochures of AND TECH products, you can ask him to show authorisation letter and contact AND TECH immediately (0086-512-80156101). If they are unable to supply the above proofs, their behaviours have nothing to do with AND TECH.
3.We reserve the right to further pursue legal responsibility for the above enterprises and individuals, as well as for any infringement of the name of AND TECH.
